Managed IT & support
Day-to-day help for your team — laptops, printers, logins, new starters, the lot. One number to call, and someone who already knows your site instead of reading a script.
SECURITY NOTICE If staff can still sign in to your email with just a password, that is the first thing to fix — multi-factor authentication costs nothing to turn on.

Email is the front door. If it opens with a password alone, anyone who buys that password walks straight in — and the bill that follows is not an IT bill, it is a business bill. We start every engagement by closing that door, in writing, so you can show your insurer and your board exactly what changed.
FIG. 01 Where the controls actually live: identity, mail flow, backup and the network edge.
~1 in 3
Only about a third of hospitality businesses have multi-factor authentication on email. The other two-thirds are one leaked password away from an invoice scam.

$56,600
The average cost of cybercrime to a small business is about $56,600 — before the time you lose, the customers who hear about it, and the paperwork.

$12
Managed security starts at $12 per user per month + GST. For most small teams, the fix costs less per month than one staff lunch.
OZITGRAND MANAGED SECURITY — ESSENTIAL TIER. PRICES EXCLUDE GST.
Microsoft scores every tenant on how well it is configured. A tenant nobody has tuned typically sits low. Insurers and larger customers are increasingly asking to see a much higher number before they sign.

Illustrative onlyThese figures are a general picture of what we see, not a specific client's score and not a published statistic. We measure your real score on day one and show you the number.
Most businesses juggle an IT person, a camera installer, a phone company and whoever did the Wi-Fi. We do all six, so when something breaks there is no argument about whose job it is.

Day-to-day help for your team — laptops, printers, logins, new starters, the lot. One number to call, and someone who already knows your site instead of reading a script.
02

The part most providers skip. We enforce multi-factor authentication, switch off old sign-in methods, lock down mail rules and give you a plain-English report you can hand to your insurer.
03

SharePoint and OneDrive set up so files are findable, plus backups that are actually restored and checked — not just a green tick on a dashboard nobody reads.
04

Business-grade switching, firewalls and Wi-Fi that holds up when the venue is full. Guest traffic kept away from your tills and your office, backup internet for when the line drops.
05

Cameras you can actually review on your phone, intercoms that ring the right person, and door access you can change yourself when someone leaves. Supplied, installed and supported by us.
06

Hosted phones with sensible call flows, a real after-hours message, and numbers that follow your team between sites. Ported properly so you keep the number customers already know.
FIG. 02 Controls are either on and documented, or they are a conversation nobody had.
You should not need to be technical to know whether your business is protected. These are the six things we turn on, in plain English, and we send you written confirmation when each one is done.
MFA ENFORCED
Signing in needs your password and your phone. A stolen password on its own stops being useful.
LEGACY AUTH OFF
Old sign-in methods that skip multi-factor get switched off, so there is no side door left open.
BACKUP TESTED
We restore a real file and prove it works. A backup you have never restored is a hope, not a backup.
DMARC p=reject
Stops scammers sending email that looks like it came from your domain, which is how fake invoices get paid.
CONDITIONAL ACCESS
Rules about who can sign in, from where and on what device. Odd sign-ins get blocked, not just logged.
ENDPOINT PROTECTION
Every laptop and desktop monitored for ransomware and dodgy software, with alerts coming to us.
We will not pretend there is a room full of staff at 3am. Our monitoring is automated and runs around the clock, so problems are caught overnight. Our team answers Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with after-hours on call for the things that cannot wait.
We reply the same business day.

All three tiers are priced per user per month and exclude GST. Every tier includes written confirmation of what was turned on, which is the document your insurer or your biggest customer will ask for.

Prices exclude GST and are per user per month. Managed detection and response in Fortress is monitored around the clock; our own helpdesk answers Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with after-hours on call. Hardware, cabling and installation are quoted separately.
Most of our clients run a business where the technology has to disappear into the background — a full dining room, a busy foyer, a childcare sign-in desk. Different sites, same six services.
Tell us what is annoying you — the Wi-Fi, the email, the cameras, the bills from four different suppliers. We will tell you straight whether we can help.
